This agreement allows us to fund the entire process—from planning applications to marketing and sale—at no upfront cost to you. By entering into a Land Promotion Agreement, you benefit from our investment in your land’s development, while retaining full ownership throughout the process.

Once planning permission is secured, we market and sell your land to maximize its value, working closely with trusted agents and developers. You only pay a percentage fee from the sale proceeds, meaning we don’t get paid unless your land is successfully sold. This ensures our goals are fully aligned with yours: getting the best possible return on your property.

An Option Agreement provides additional flexibility, allowing us to purchase the land at an agreed-upon price once planning permission is obtained, giving you certainty of sale and removing any market uncertainties. Both agreements offer transparency, flexibility, and peace of mind, ensuring that you gain the maximum value from your land with no risk or hidden costs.
